1 The SOLID Executive along with Claire & Karen are taking some time out today to look at the vision of SOLID, dreaming big and seeking God's heart for the project! Please pray that they will hear from God and have a clear picture of what SOLID looks like into the future!

2 The 'Unlock the Power of the Church' planning meeting and Strategy Meeting. Please pray that as we prepare for these events that we would be communicating the right messages which will enable the churches we meet with to be as effective as possible in reaching out to their friends and communities with the life-changing news of Jesus. • SOLID Remix Sports Day team will meet together for the final time before the event, please pray that they will be ready, organised and positive!

3 Please pray for the whole team as they prepare for the Baptist Assembly this weekend. Jon is the main arena director, Ed and Laura are leading the children's programme, Taste are running the youth programme and Andy Keel is providing technical support. • Pray for Den as he speaks at the Lifeway Collegiate Summit in Nashville.

4 Pray for the children's programme at the Baptist Assembly this weekend. The children will be 'Travellers through Time' and with the aid of a time machine will be looking at the foundations of God's Church and what they think it may look like in the future.

5 Pray for the young people at the Baptist Assembly this weekend. Taste are taking the theme of Identity and 'Where do I fit in' we will be training and equipping young people to live the life that Jesus has called then to live. Please pray for energy, patience and a good atmosphere as the team work hard to create an environment where young people can learn and grow in faith and in their love for Jesus.

6 Pray for the adults at the Baptist Assembly this weekend. Many important discussions are being had this afternoon about Baptist futures – pray that these will be God centred discussions.

7 Pray for Den as he travels back to the UK after a period of time speaking in the United States.

8 SOLID Youth Festival Management Team meeting today, to plan prepare and look at the venue programmes for this year's festival. Please pray for the Venue Managers that they have good clear ideas and positive responses from artists!
9 Please pray for the new volunteers that have applied to join Taste in September 2012. Thank the Lord for their willingness to offer their gifts to God in this way. Please pray that as they approach their churches that they will find support and encouragement as they see God provide everything they need to serve Him for the year.

10 Ed is spending time today on the Missional Secondment he is doing for the Baptist Union of Great Britain.

11 Taste are in St. Edwards CE School, Romford comprising a variety of lessons on 'teamwork' to publicise the Solid Remix event on Saturday. Please pray for opportunities to speak to the young people about faith and things that really matter. Pray that the team will answer questions with gentleness and respect!

12 The first ever collaboration between Youth and Junior SOLID happens today in the form of a SOLID Remix Sports Day, Taste, Arise and the SOLID team are all involved in this great event, please pray for enthusiasm, energy and most importantly that the good news of Jesus is shared with all who attend!

13 We want to thank the Lord so much for those faithful supporters who have provided funding for some of the new equipment that Taste desperately needed. Please pray that this will be effective in communicating the gospel to young people in a relevant and professional way. • Jon is preaching at Ramsden Bellhouse Baptist Church this morning and Manor Mission, Laindon this evening.

14 Pray for Taste as they travel to Germany to work with some new contacts. Please pray for a unity of minds and clear understanding despite the language barrier!

15 Pray for ongoing provision for new equipment.

16 SOLID welcomed Megan Webb to do her work experience with us in January, she went on to run a venue and share her testimony at the SOLID remix cathedral event. Please join with us in thanking God for her, and her willingness to use her gifts for Him, we look forward to working with her again in the future!

17 Please pray for all the children who were involved in a 'The Great Hot Cross Bun Hunt' over Easter and for follow up clubs out of those events.

18 Today Taste are visiting a local prison with a concert plus an evening concert. A very busy and potentially tense and exhausting day with very different kinds of audience plus the need to set-up, perform, pack-down, load up, drive, set-up again, perform another concert and pack-down at the end of the day. Please pray for patience, energy and safety along with the ability to sing and communicate God's love in a fun and lively way!

19 Arise Ministries are hosting a Just a 'child'? Equipping Event at Ridgeway Methodist Church in Plymouth. Pray that all the children's workers that attend will be inspired and enthused in their ministry.

20 Jon is preaching at Manor Mission, Laindon this morning.

21 Taste have the possibility of meeting some youth leaders in Holland on the way back to England. Please pray for them as they travel back to Essex that they will have a safe journey and settle back with hosts in Essex for some rest and recuperation.

22 We also thank the Lord for a £1000 grant recently received by Viz-A-Viz Ministries for our general work, and for grants for the SOLID youth festival in July.

23 The Taste van is showing signs of age. Please pray that we will find the right replacement van with a low mileage that will meet our needs at the right price and that we would also be able to find someone who can convert the interior to make it suitable for travelling with a team as well as a load of equipment.

24 Jon is leading a retreat for Ramsden Bellhouse Baptist Church leaders.

25 Jon is taking some people through baptism and membership classes in one of the churches he is working with. These will be the first people to be baptized there in at least 4 years! Praise the Lord.

27 Please thank God again for His provision for our financial needs this month and as we look for supporters who would be willing to stand with us and offer to donate towards our ministry, thanking Him for answered prayer over many years of relying on Him to provide all that we need. Please pray that outstanding grants would be quick to send in the finances to meet the needs that we have and that that the boards who are considering our applications for funding will be ready and willing to donate towards the ministry. • Jon is preaching at Westbourne Park Baptist Church, Paddington this morning.

28 Please pray for Taste as they rehearse songs for junior SOLID festival which are not their usual songs or age-group so their abilities and skills will be stretched, operating outside their comfort zone!

29 Trustees meeting. Please pray for our trustees – Peter, Beth, Corrine and Pat as they meet with the Leadership team to make important decisions regarding the on-going day-to-day running and the future plans and vision of Viz-A-Viz Ministries.

30 Taste will be rehearsing for SOLID youth festival which is the age group they are used to working with but they will be playing different songs for different guest musicians. Please pray for these times that amidst the musical preparations God will be preparing the hearts of both performers and listeners to be not only hearers but doers of His Word. • The SOLID Sports Day Remix planning team will sit down to debrief the event today, please pray that this is a productive constructive time.

31 Please pray for future openings to work with churches – to encourage and equip them in their ministry amongst children, youth and adults.
